Hi Folks,

I renewed my ESO subscription yesterday and my monthly allotment of Crowns has not yet shown up in my account. I had a balance of 1800 before the renewal and was expecting an additional 1500.

I had a chat with someone from billing and she suggested that you folks would be able to help resolve this

Microsoft in the uk use ups for delivery and returns. If ms doesn't have your order/tracking number try phoning ups if still dont happen to have it i'd re-order also check your bank before re-order. Sometimes can take a day to appear on the system.

made a re-purchase but the same problem, order number [Mod Removed], i ask to cancel both orders and return the funds

account.microsoft.com? If the transactions shows as complete, let's get you in contact with Bethesda Support, as they'll be able to best help out with in-game unlocks. Thanks for your

Hi there. I have verified that the transaction complete. I also have access to all DLC etc, the only issue is that the crowns have not shown up. If you can pass this on to Bethesda or let me know the best way to do that I would appreciate it.
