Re-Installing Horizon 3. I have no reverse and only first gear.

I love Horizon 3. With that being said, I have lost mobility for my cars. No reverse and one speed forward. I have deleted the game twice and yet it shows my previous stats. I would like to re-install Horizon 3 but with zero stats;. Is this possible?? The game is currently installed on my add on storage. Would it matter if I re-installed the game on internal storage?? George

Would I know if the game works when you connect a controller, or is this happening no matter if you try to play with a controller or a wheel?

In addition to that, are you playing the game on Xbox, or PC?
Actually, you can reset your progress, but depending on the platform the steps change.

OK so this worked for Skyrim, re-installing the game now and if that works I will test my Gears 3.

i have the same problem... xbox game pass pc only let me install forza horizon 4 and gears of war 1... i try a lot to fix it but its impossible.

Hello.
the game gears of war 3 gives the error 0x803f8001. I have my gamepass subscription valid, the only account associated with my xbox one is the main one, I already tried to restart the console and also re-install the game

this does not happen with other gamepass games I have installed.

Sorry to hear Hot Wheels isn't working for you. Make sure you own Forza Horizon 3 first. You need the base game to play the expansion. Also, you can quit and re-open the game. (Press the start button when over the game's icon on home screen, select quit)
If you own Forza Horizon 3 and the game still doesn't respond, make sure you have the latest updates installed for the game.
