I Pre-Ordered Resident Evil 7 and when I attempt to access the bonus content through Microsoft store where it shows I own the pre ordered content it just says unavailable once I get to the survival kit page.

Yes,I ordered from your official online Microsoft Store. But now I am inconvinient to make a phone call to 1800 official hotlines,and your forums staffs told me to post the issue here for further solutions.

 

Since that is a microsoftstore.com offer, you will have to contact their support for assistance. Xbox support is separate from them and cannot assist with their offers.

If you chatted with Xbox support that would be different. You have to speak to customer support for microsoftstore.com.

Forum support does not have access to that promotion since it is not run from Xbox. It is run by the Microosft Store. Their support are the only ones who can help you with that offer.
