I understand that you're frustrated, however this isn't the correct place to voice your concerns as there isn't much any of us can do about it. Also, I believe posting your personal email and phone number isn't wise, not to mention, it's against the Code
of Conduct. Maybe try contacting XBL Support Team here:

its all been said but id like to STRESS!! the two factor is a must have. its linked to your device only.

Also it not a good idea to put your phone number or email on the forums.
