The digital version of GTA V comes in two downloads. Once you download the first part off the marketplace and launch the game, the second part will begin to download. GTA V is a very large game. The second download is totally normal.

When you purchase GTA 5 it says its 7.6gb big. After that is downloaded successfully and load the game it will start to download pack 1 tru 4 just exit the game and check your download queue u need to wait for an additional 7gb to download to successfully
play the game.

Hey, I was having the same problem and then realized that you can't have the game open while the packs are installing. The install starts as soon as you start your console if you check your (don't exist)... they shouldn't let you open the game if it doesn't
let it install correctly.
