    Have you figured out anything yet uhVapxr? I have tried everything listed here as well. I am going to look more at the xbox 360 freezing issues. Maybe it's a comcast/microsoft issue?

    Is Fifa 14 the only game that freezes online? Have you tried other games?

    I did every solution in this forum and nothing worked it still freezes like crazy! I bought the game from the dashboard and I am really not impressed and it is very very annoying can someone PLEASE help me!

    Hey there HatefulCrab,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your console freezing.

    Is this issue only happening when you try to play Fifa 14?

    Also, just to double-check, were you able to try these steps:

    • Locate the FIFA 14 folder in your console's Storage, through Settings > System > Storage.
    • Delete any Title Update files for the game (not your save file!)
    • Clear the cache and restart your console.
    • Launch the game again.

    Please let us know and we can work from there.
