Re-Downloading on XBone

Hi.. I am going to buy a new xbox one console as I'm selling my other one for the newer white xbox one console.. I was wondering on whether I can re-download my digital games and content..? If I can then how can I do this..? I've looked at various posts
on the Internet and I have come to understand that the Xbox one does not have a download/purchase history as the Xbox 360 had.. Please help

Just bought Borderlands: The handsome edition and borderlands 2 is stuck at 75% and keeps saying "download stopped"...

Yes, there is no download history on xbox one yet.

You'll have to search for your game on the xbox market, and you'll have the "install" option, instead of "buy"

Thank you for answering.. I'm guessing it's connected to your XBL gamer tag although having a DL history would make things easier..!

I had to turn off my router, remove the disc, delete the Advanced Warfare "install", hard boot the Xbone-1, and then re-insert the disc and install offline. Once the offline install was done it downloaded a 250Mb update, so no its not an issue with the
update or their servers, its the stupid Xbone-1.

XBONE has the ability to support 4k. Also, Ps4's "native" res is only 900p.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I tried that already. The only game that appears on the 360 download history is the only one that shows as owned. None of the others are on the download list, so there's no way to re-download. It's just strange that the 360 isn't seeing all my account activity. I've even claimed 360 GWG on my XBone and those all show up on the 360 download list. It just doesn't make sense to me.
