    So when I got the XB1 I was part of a bundle with Forza But I had to have the XB1 fixed due to it not reading Blu-Ray disks. When they did this they erased the HDD... So now I am trying to install Forza on it again, but I do not have a CD as it was the
    digital download via a QR code. How do I go about getting the game re-installed? When I go to the Store page it tries to make me buy it...

    i bought my xbox 360 with a code for skyrim and i accidentally deleted it, and now id does not let me download it. why? i mean, i have already bought the game with my xbox so why won't it let me download it again? please, give me a new code or something

    If you're 100% sure you purchased it on your account and not a different one, but it doesn't show up in your download history, you'll need to contact support - 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Go to your games and apps and it should be on the far right of the screen as ready to install.

    It is not populating there... the only digital download game that did show up was Halo.

    Did you redeem it on another account instead?

    If you still have the physical card, You can try to contact Xbox support for assistance by providing the Code and the the checksum (a string of numbers beside the 25 alpha numeric code) to check which account redeemed it.

    Please note that there is no guarantee they can help you with this.

    Hi there, prothean42, we're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience with that.

    If a critical game update was cancelled by accident under any circumstance, it can force you to reinstall the whole game + that update the next time you try to play the game.

    If this happened to you, we're afraid the only work-around at that point is to reinstall the entire game.

    Yes.

    You can re-download your games anytime.

    On a 360: Settings/Account/Download History

    On a PC: live.xbox.com/.../history (This will queue them up on your 360.)

    Yes. Everything you've purchased, even the free stuff, can be redownloaded at any time from your download history.
