    Sorry to hear about your Xbox. The only way I know to get the E82 error fixed is to send your console in for repair.
    If the warranty has expired it is $99 if you do the request online HERE or $119.99 if want to
    contact an Xbox support agent here and have them assist you. Here is an
    FAQ on the repair process.
