Rb button problems with series 2 elite controller

I'had the controler for 3 months and the rb button doesnt work at all and ive checked with it multiple times but doesn't work at all and my warrenty has expired since june and i dont know what to do if i should try get it replaced but hopefully i get answers.

Mi problema es el boton RB de mi mando ELITE SERIES
2 no funciona como tal y por lo que veo a muchos usuarios con el mismo control les pasa lo mismo quisiera saber si hay alguna solución y saber si es algún problema de actualización de los
controles elites o es algun mal funcionamiento del mando.

Seria de gran ayuda que me ayudarán a resolver mi problema.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I'd say if the controller is having problems the best thing for you to try is what we have here on the
Wireless Controller Solution. If it's out of warranty, then the only thing you can do is refer to the

repair support page and check out the price for an out of warranty repair.

I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam
