Razer Xbox Headset, Party audio issues

As per description, you are having issue with your Razer Xbox Headset used to Party chat with friends. You can hear them, but you can't get your voice through the party.

We understand the inconvenience caused. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. When did the problem start?
   
2. Was this working before?
   
3. Any recent activity or changes made before the problem appeared?
   
4. What platform are you playing (Xbox Console, PC or phone)?
   
5. If on PC, what is the current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)
   
6. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
   

These above questions would help us provide the necessary information. Once we have gathered all the information, we will formulate the viable solution to help you with your case.

For the meantime, try troubleshooting Game Bar and see if that helps. Refer the article Troubleshoot Xbox Game Bar on Windows | Xbox Support.





In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows + I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.

No, it does not as the Razer Electra V2 USB is not a licensed Xbox One™ headset.

A little of a work around for party chats, if you are trying to talk to friends in a party you can connect your USB headset and use the party feature in the Xbox App on the PC, I know this is only a partial solution So they make two versions of this headset,
one for consoles and one for PC, you may be able to exchange this
