Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition Controller Not Allowing me to Talk

i recently bought a Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition Controller for my xbox and i get hear my game volume completely fine and party chat fine when using a headset yet its not its not saying im talking when ive got the mic turned on and mic monitoring on
(cant hear myself either). ive tried using my headset on another controller and it works completely fine, same when trying it on my pc. (headset - razer kraken for console and pc)

can anyone help?

Can you try using the headset in the Razer controller on PC? (Not entirely sure if audio is transmitted then at all)

But if the mic then doesn't work at all I would suggest trying another headset (earplugs for a phone) when those won't work either I suspect a defect in the controller for which I suggest contacting Razer support.

He is using Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition and has them connected to his controller. In party chat it does detect a microphone but doesn't transmit his voice. I don't think he has tried pressing left 2 times, will get him to try this. Thank you

Get you a Razer Onza Tournament Edition controller. I have one and I love it for FPS games!
