Razer Turret Problems not solved by Razer

I bought a Razer Turret for Xbox One on Facebook Marketplace and asked that the seller include the proof of purchase, as I wanted to be sure that I could have it in case there were any issues with the product. The seller said that she would track it down and sent it to me, but did not.

My Turret arrived three weeks ago and the keyboard felt great, but the mouse would not register at all via the wireless dongle or the via USB on my Xbox Series X or on my Mac. I also noticed that the white profile light on the bottom of the mouse would not stay on any longer than 15 seconds, and that when plugged into a PC it would seek to recognize the device but would never finish the process or connect. I was able to connect all of the pieces to a PC, and install the driver updates through the firmware updater for both the wireless dongle and the keyboard, but the mouse would not be recognized by the Razer firmware updater. I took the device to Geek Squad, which said that they would recommend going through Razer support. Razer support needs the proof of purchase that I was never given in order to complete replacement. Geek Squad also recommended a local tech that deals with gaming PC's and peripherals. When he looked at it, he indicated that the mouse was acting as though it got stuck between firmware updates. He mentioned that although it was impossible to update the firmware through the installer on Razer's website, that if the driver was available for download from Razer or another location that it would be possible to update the mouse's firmware through the windows updater and manually plugging in the firmware update through Microsoft's "Update Driver" option. My main question is, is there anywhere where I could find the Razer Driver for the Razer Turret for the Xbox one? Is there a way to factory reset the mouse? Are there any other options that you would recommend trying that might be a solution? Thank you for any help!
