If the console rattling noise gets louder or you're having technical issues upon navigating through the console dashboard/during in-game you may try to contact the retailer where you have purchased your console first for possible replacement/refund depending on their policy.

However if the retailer refers you to Xbox Support, just as Jesse E mentioned, you may check your free warranty replacement order through the same link above.

At least for my own Xbox One X, it should make a continuous "whoosh" noise when the fan spins up. Depending on the game, it can be relatively quiet, or jumping up and down in speed, or remain somewhat high.

I saw your video, but I didn't hear any rattling in particular. Do you hear the same noise when the Xbox is placed on different surfaces? I'm wondering if the rattling you hear might be coming from other loose things sitting on your desk?

Use a vacuum cleaner attachment to try and suck the loose item back out?

If you have a active warranty I suggest you send it in.

You have several options:

If your console is still in warranty, simply start a warranty repair/replacement process under

If it's out of warranty, and you're unwilling to pay the repair fee, you might have luck trying to get the item to the lower right of the console's casing. Turn the console off, and hold the console so, that the lower right edge of the console is at the
bottom, and gently shake the console (flipping it around and upside down but in a way so that the right edge stays at the lowest position)

If you managed to get the piece to the lower right edge, simply set the console down and hope for the best.
