Sorry for the issue with console being stolen. You can log into the
account website. Once logged in go to recent activity. If they have turned the console on at another location it will show here, the IP will also show. Unfortunately, support will not be able to provide this information due to they are unable to see it.
If they never turn the console on, there will not be an IP.
