    Randomly removed from xbox live


    I keep getting removed from xbox live randomly And I know that it’s not my Internet because both of my brothers play Xbox and they have not had any issues with it I’ve tried restarting my console unplugging it for 10 seconds I even did a full reset and
    I bought a new Xbox and the new Xbox is still doing it can anyone help me?

    This is happening to us to! We’ve tried every online help we can find. Internet speed is excellent NAT is open it just says it can not connect its been happening all week ! But still cannot connect to xbox live! If anyone finds the answer it would be amazing!

    Thanks for the response, but do they actually do that?

    Randomly removing games from the marketplace?

    If that's the case, even more so I can't understand the reasoning behind removing the 2nd but leaving the 1st.

    Also, if you check on Xbox Live (through the Xbox 360) and try selecting the DLC or videos - they do not work (bringing up an error message) - as I mentioned before.
