    Randomly have Halo 5 Deluxe edition items


    I bought the regular edition digitally. One day I turned on my console and saw that it downloaded the deluxe edition items which is the Warzone REQ pack and Fall Of Reach movie. I called support and was told no charges were on my account and it was
    not even showing up. I was told to post this on the Halo Waypoint forums but my questions have been ignored. I want to know how this happened?The Warzone REQ pack does not even work. I have not received the REQ packs,but the movie does work.

    I also want to mention that people who bought a Warzone REQ pack or bought the Deluxe Edition are not getting their packs. Xbox support tells people to post on the Waypoint forums. If you go on there 343 is not helping anyone and people are being ignored.
    This is unacceptable that a company is ignoring its customers and not providing support. Changes need to be made. I already contacted Phil Spencer and Bonnie Ross about it but of course I'm ignored.

    No. I even checked with people who signed into my system and non of them even own Halo 5.

    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

    I have now pre-order the digital deluxe edition.

    Now the MCC has been fixed and the Halo 4 playlist is on it I'm now enjoying Halo again.

    That and the footage I've seen of Warzone persuaded me to cancel my digital pre-order of Black ops 3 and order Halo 5 instead
