    Nikki, as your account itself don't have restrictions and you are alone in your family group (https://account.microsoft.com/family/home), I can recommend reporting the problem to Microsoft in case something similar occurs to you unexpectedly again.

    You can report a problem with the Xbox Cloud Gaming feature by tapping on your profile > tap on "Give feedback".

    Additionally, you may find helpful removing and re-adding the cloud gaming bookmark on your iPad, and cleaning your browsing history and cookies for Safari via iPad Settings > Safari.

    Adult account. I only use it alone. I have no children. I only have access to it. I was playing last night no problems then this morning this happened.
