    Randomly disconnecting when playing 360 games on Xbox ONE


    Me and my friends have been playing Left 4 Dead recently and one of my friends will just randomly disconnect to Xbox Live. He'll stay in the party on Xbox ONE but on the Xbox 360 it'll kick him off the game and he has to connect back to Xbox Live or restart
    his entire Xbox. We tried removing the account on the 360 and adding it back but it still happens. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this?

    entitled, "I'm getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live" in order to resolve the issue. Does an error message appear on your Xbox One
    when you test the network and multiplayer connections in the
    network settings    ? Be sure to let us know the results!

    I've tried hard resetting both console and modem/router and it didn't work. I still get disconnected randomly when playing online multiplayer matches. Luckily Netflix isn't effected, but I just wish I could play a game online without getting disconnected
    randomly. :/
