Randomly disconnected from live, unable to log back in until hard reset

Try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work do a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes then plug
the power cable back in and restart. Test to see if you are now connected to Live. Let us know. Good Luck!

Have you tried the hard reset on the console? Try this. Disconnect the HDD from the XBOX. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Remove the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the
power cable back into the console (do not connect the HDD yet) and power up the console. Once it is online and logged in completely re-connect the HDD. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!

Yeah, I’ve connected other devices via Bluetooth and my controller was connected to this pc until it randomly disconnected. I’ve ran an sfc scan and DISM scan too but didn’t fix it. My next step would be a hard reset of my pc but I would prefer not to do that.

I've had this before, and doing a hard reset of the console did the trick for me. Hold down the power button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it completely shuts down to perform a hard reset (you can also disconnect the power cable
from the back of the console for 30 seconds AFTER shutting down the console to reset the system cache, but I'd try a simple hard reset first).
