Randomly decides not to record clips

Just starting happening in last couple days. I have storage space so that's not the issue. I even plugged in an external drive to save the clips to, to see if that would fix it but still happens.

I see. You can also try doing an offline system update by downloading the OSU File here.

Once you download the Offline System Update File onto your PC, you can see it as a a zip file so you'll have to unzip onto a USB that's at least 8GB and formatted to NTFS. Once it's all downloaded plug the USB into your Xbox, the offline system update will be enabled.

This needs to be escalated to Microsoft and fixed now please.

Are you going to send this to Microsoft so they can fix it? I don't know how to. It would be nice if I can believe an entire hour of my time wasn't completely wasted on this issue for nothing.
