Random Xbox Enforcement Suspensions

Hi,

I want to bring this to your attention that lot of people (including me) are getting hit with random Xbox Enforcements. I have not sent any messages and I received an enforcement. Also, while I was on a active enforcement, I got an other enforcement which makes no sense at all.

I've been using Xbox for the last 10 years and this is very upsetting. I couldn't enjoy the game that I'm playing. Please look into this issue.

I had the exact same reason as this guy but when I went to reinforcement usually there’s a reason for action but my 2 banns didn’t have a reason for action why is that

This is a set of rules everyone agrees to when starting their account & should read before going online but most don't & then don't understand why they've received an enforcement action on their account.

Enforcements aren't always at the same time as the offense...some offenses warrant further investigation so the Enforcement could be weeks after the actual offense, hence why it looks like you were banned whilst suspended

I'm just peeved that we can't talk directly to an enforcement agent and see if we can get it resolved faster I mean cmon. I can't even game with me IRL friends now because I can't even use party chat. And I'm sorry a 3 day ban isn't 3 days and 6 hrs which is what I got. I'm sorry but microsoft needs to get better
