    Random suspension notification


    I keep getting notification pop up on the gamepass app, and then on the support website, but then there's nothing listed on either ongoing or my history. Some kind of bug maybe? I haven't noticed any lack of functionality on my console or anything, just kinda confused/concerned. I most certainly haven't done anything to warrant any kind of ban or suspension.

    It actually is a bug. It's been going on for over a year. I get it on the Game Pass app all the time.

    That makes sense, yeah.

    More wondering why there's zero information on what's even been suspended, what kind of suspension or ban it is, or really anything whatsoever aside from receiving mystery notifications.

    About enforcement action?

    If there's nothing listed on the enforcement site and you're able to sign in and play online without a suspension notification, then you don't have a suspension. It's a notification glitch.

    Why does gamepass say I have a suspension but there is no active suspension? šŸ˜­

    Do you mean the Game Pass app? If you're getting a notification of a suspension there, but you have no active suspension and you are able to log in and play online without a suspension notification, then you're fine. That's been a glitch for a long time.
