    Random parental controls activated on Xbox


    This evening I tried to log into Grand Theft Auto, however, my Xbox claims I have parental controls that someone has activated. I have not logged into my Xbox for a month and this setting is active. Nobody has joined when I go online to check my Microsoft family settings.

    Well when my dad enabled the parental controls he has since deactivated the parental controls on my account so they are off but it’s like they are still active and functioning while they are off and I’m not able to change anything on my accounts settings on the Xbox
