Random guy comes into my Private party and kicks me out

So I made a Looking for group post on Xbox One and I got a group of 11 people in the Party, We where playing Forza and we were drifting and minding our own buisness. Suddenly a random person called [mod removed] (something more, I cant remember) Joins my
PRIVATE Party, I asked him who invited him, He replied «Usa» I saus back, «No, I asked who invited you, not where you are from» He replied «Oh, Texas».

I figured out he was a little suspisious, So i Said, «Ok, You can join if you want to, But dont Scream or yell»

After a few minutes I realised he didnt join and that he was saying «Kick this and that person»

I replied « No, Why should I?»

He said « fine, I’ll so it myself»

I was thinking how he could do that since I was Party leader.

I was just playing and suddenly it said I had kicked a person, But I didnt, and they kept on coming, more people got kicked, Until myself got kicked. Keep in mind, I was still Party Leader. I thought that he had hacked in and kicked everyone out. I realised
that there was nothing I could do, So I left the game and tried to start up another game. I joined one of my friends, But it just said that my Microphone was not connected when it was. I restarted my xbox, but it didnt help, and when I started any game and
went online It would kick me out of the session and turn my internet off. I dont know what happened, but I think that Person who I belive has «Hacked» inyo my party had a connection to my Xbox. My internet is also slower and keeps on disconnecting. I belive
I might have been «Booted» offline. The persons Gamertsg was [mod removed] ( And something more, but I cant remember )

Please help, I dont know what to do and I dont want to lose my accounts and what I have spent Years Building up.

Please follow what Smwutches said and carry through with the report. A hacker can cause others to be kicked by various means that I for obvious reason won't go through here.

My one other suggestion is to use a VPN. You will be surprised at the many safeguards against hackers that supplies and a good VPN (I will let you decide, though I use Nord and actually have better performance than prior). The VPN at least protects yourself
against the common hack tools.

I also suggest you take close your game club opening after you get a happy group. Not a perfect solution if someone is spreading your invite, but it helps.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via their profile so the enforcement team can investigate them.

If you believe they booted you offline, you would need to contact your ISP so they can help you get back online and stay online.

Unless you gave them your account information, they won't get your account.

Had a similar problem and then discovered when I was logging on the system was putting me into my own private party. Once I discovered this I said "Xbox- Snap Party" and exited out of my individual party and was good to go. This has happened at random
to me a few times.

I can connect to Xbox live, it's random incidents where I'll lag and it'll kick me out of the party but I'll stay in the game. The game will usuallly become very laggy for me.
