Random False Suspension

In the app under settings choose "Give feedback" and there's an option to report a problem.

That's a pretty serious glitch then that could surely cause someone stress. I'd think they'd want to fix that. It almost implies you're waiting on the banhammer to fall the way it behaves like that with that message yet everything is fine and you can't appeal something not there yet of course. I'm willing to file a bug report if there's a place for that with screenshots even if that would be useful.

That's a glitch that happens. The notification will go away on its own. I had it a few weeks ago. It popped up for about a week.

Hi, I too just saw that I have a random enforcement that was posted 10 days ago against my account, but when I try viewing it, nothing shows up and no actions were taken. My guess is that a report was made by someone, but the team was able to conclude that the report made was falsified information or that the individual reporting it was acting out in an inappropriate way, and or was reported and suspended themselves for their own behavioral conduct. This is rather common among individuals who fall victim to Trolling.

I suggest looking up Trolling as a term for enforcement action to better educate ourselves on this topic, where Trolling is basically an action in which someone is attempting to gain an reaction out of you so they can try and report you and get you banned in the process, they usually use dummy accounts with numbers and random symbols when doing it.

Thankfully Xbox Enforcement does Care and they have posted a section on their enforcement page to help educate people like us whom have fallen victim to others actions that generate a response. They understand that it is difficult to remain calm and not respond when it happens. So they recommend to remain calm, Mute the individual 1st. Block the individual next, then report their behavior as Harassment, and under the leave a comment section, I highly recommend using the Terms Trolling as the individuals course of action to attempt harming you.

Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action.

Select the orange box with the handshake icon.

Find the active enforcement action you have a question about, and then select Apply in the green box.

Select the check box that you’ve read and agree with the Terms of Use, and then select Agree.

Answer the questions in a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct, Community Standards for Xbox, and associated policies.

After you’ve successfully completed the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.

Enter your questions about the enforcement action, and then select Submit.

When you submit a case for review or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content.
