Random Disconnect from Server

Ongoing problem (now on day 3) with both XBOX One S consoles (one wired, one wireless) randomly disconnecting from XBOX Live with message stating for the wired console: "Disconnect from Server" and from the wireless console: "Network Connection Lost" or
"Lost Connection to the Internet." This tends to happen when on XBOX Live and in the Battlefield or Fortnite games. For the console wired to modem/router, game freezes - I can move, but nothing else does and then connection is dropped. For the wireless,
it just drops connection. This situation happens now throughout the day, not just when traffic may be at its heaviest. This is the first time we've encountered a problem of this magnitude.

Have performed the following to NO AVAIL.

1. Unplugged both consoles and re-started multiple times.

2. Unplugged ISP modem/router multiple times.

3. Have performed a speed test on ISP Modem/router multiple times.

4. Have checked via Xbox consoles that both are successfully connected to network.

From all the above, everything looks like it should work. Hard to identify if the problem is on the XBOX end or the ISP end. We have multiple computers connected wirelessly to this network and none of them are having connectivity problems. It's only the
XBox consoles that seem to be dropping connectivity.

Can anyone help by directing us to possible resolutions?

Thanks so much for the reply. To clarify, we
are getting disconnected from online games in Battlefield and Fortnite. It does say disconnected from server. But other games like Arc Survival Evolved works outside of being online. So I think it's domething to do with Xbox Live? Connection numbers are
well within range so dont think that's the problem.

We did reinstall both games two to three times. That didnt resolve problem. We are restarting by holding for 10 sec to see if that works.

Could there be any connection with the fact that we changed one if the two xbox one game consoles out for newer model?These problems seem to coincide with the changing of consoles.

There are no issues currently with xbox live. Perhaps it is those games and their servers? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling both games?

You mentioned restarting tge consoles, did you do this by holding the power button down for 10 seconds? Please try this as well as the above.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble, it sounds like you are saying both consoles get disconnected from Xbox live completely, rather than the Xbox's are getting disconnected from online games in Battlefield and Fortnite. Is that correct?
