Hello,

So I was talking to a friend of mine, and in the middle of our chat, which was through Xbox messages, I got a notification from Xbox saying that my account got suspended. It didn't say why though. When I texted my friend, she got the exact same thing. So
she and I are both suspended despite the fact that we did nothing wrong and Xbox won't say what it is. Honestly I find this very unfair that she and I have to wait two days to play again, and we weren't even saying anything violating the code. So what's going
on, Xbox? I would love to know. Thanks. Also, I've already tried with Xbox Enforcement and it's not giving me the option to file a review. And I'm not going to admit to doing something my friend and I didn't do.

Unfortunatly we in the forums will not be able to assist with any Enforcement actions. The enforcement team is not present in the forums either.

Enforcement actions has no statue of limitation on when action can be taken on an account that violated the code of conduct. For more information regarding enforcement have a look at the enforcement website.

What I want to know is what Xbox is doing, because this is in no way warranted, and if they say it is, I want to be allowed to file a complaint

But it's sad to hear that my friend and I aren't the only ones suffering from this

Same thing has happened to me. Apparently some players have reported me for unexplainable reasons. meaning, xbox just banned me because of some salty players i beat fairly. How's this even allowed? Where is the courtesy to at least let a human review an
account before suspension?

You should be able to apply for a case review on the suspension that is longer than around 24 hours.

Let me give you an example of why there would be 2 suspensions one after another like this.

This is just an example and not necessarily what you were suspended for only the enforcement team would have those details and they do not monitor these forums.

1. You send one message that violates the code of conduct to another player.

2. That player then reports that message as a violation of the code of conduct.

3. The enforcement team investigates that report (could take a couple days to investigate) and determines that there was a violation of the code of conduct and puts a suspension on the account for message number 1.

4. You also send a second message to that same player that also violates the code of conduct that same player reports that message as a violation of the code of conduct.

5. The enforcement team investigates (again can take a day or two to investigate) the second message and determines that yes their was a second violation of the code of so they put a second (longer) suspension on the account for the second violation.

The time it takes to investigate a report is the reason why sometimes it can look like you were suspended while already serving a suspension.

bro I have the same problem 2 days ago I was banned and just a few hours ago they took my ban but they just put another one on me and this lasts a week and it also makes me very unfair because I haven't done anything wrong
