    Random close out


    For an unknown reason, when I try to play Bingo it randomly shuts the game down. Sometimes it happens at the splash screen, other times when entering a game, and once halfway through a game (and I almost had a bingo, too!)

    I am able to play other microsoft games, and my computer is Windows 10 native.

    Random Closing of my XBOX

    Hi, Here some tips for positioning your Xbox 360 console

    • Put the console in an open area with lots of ventilation. Do not put the console in an enclosed space.
    • Do not stack other electronic devices on top of, underneath, or against the sides of your console.
    • Make sure the console and its power supply are on a hard, steady surface. Do not put the console on anything soft (such as a bed, sofa, or rug).
    • Position the console away from heat sources, such as ventilation openings on televisions and electronic devices. Also, keep the console away from heating vents and direct sunlight.
    • Position the console away from high-vibrating sources, such as low frequency speakers, subwoofers, etc.

    If I'm not mistaken you should skip the surge protector entirely. I would recommend that you plug it directly into the wall. The console uses its own power supply so it shouldn't need a surge protector because the power supply should stop the surge before
    it reaches the console. The power supply pulls the electricity from the wall and sends it to the console.

    DVD opens and closes at random

    Hello MammothTimeWarp! Make sure the touch buttons are clean and free of dirt and oils, that can trick the console into thinking you are pressing them. Just take a soft dry cloth and wipe them off.
