    Random charges by 'Microsoft *Xbox'


    On my online banking statement, it says that I've been charged £11.99 by Microsoft *Xbox however on my microsoft payment history, no such payment took place so have I been billed wrongly or is my bank card being used by someone else.?

    If you sign into your account at account.microsoft.com and view payments and purchase history you should see what this charge was for. If you feel the charge is an error you can contact billing support on 08005871102 in the UK

    Random Microsoft Ultimate charge for $14.99

    I found in the past if I used a code for online services on Xbox or took up a offer it automatically turned on auto billing when subscription ran out check your account and see if this is case. Hope this helps
