    today i cheked my bank account and noticed that i was charged for something on xbox, but i didn't buy anything and no one was on the xbox for two days. I think mybe it was game pass charge but i bought it two days ago for 2 pounds on sale and i doubt that
    it would charge 8 pound two months prior. also nothing shows up in my purchase history. bank account show that it was some pamsbill.info service or something that charged it. i have no clue what happend. it would be really nice if i could get my money back
    or at least get some info on what happened. thanks

    If you sign into your account at account.microsoft.com and view payments and purchase history you should see what this charge was for. If you feel the charge is an error you can contact billing support on 08005871102 in the UK

    How are you bud? If you got a random charge. Go to: settings> account> payment and billing> order history

    so you can identify what it was that charged you. Keep in mind pre orders are now taken 10 days before release so make sure you have no pre orders.

    I would guess that this charge is for a 1 month XBox Live subscription.

    Did you recently purchase Live under a discounted promotion? If so, all of those promotions will revert to a monthly ongoing charge at the end of the promotion period.

    You can try contacting support and speak to billing http://support.xbox.com/contact-us however, if you don't have access to the account it's tied to, you'll most likely need to dispute it with your card company.
