If the purchase was not made using your account it is very likely that someone used your card, I recommend calling your bank and canceling the purchase, and requesting another card.

I thought that a charge from a credit card is the same as a bank account? There's no way it would charge your bank account directly without a credit card on file.

I suggest you directly check with your bank as for transactions, on Microsoft's side, not much can be done without more details of the charge. Get more information about the charge at your bank and then contact the Microsoft support team.

Xbox doesn't sell controller spare parts, prepaid codes can't be refunded, doesn't matter if the payment method was attached to the account, to purchase a new suscription the security code it's required, without it the bank doesn't allow the charges in the card for the reccuring billing
