random breakdown of the console during the game

Hello, I have a problem with the console. is quite new because I do not know what is the problem when playing on the TV when connecting to HDMI and on the computer strem console during the game itself turns off, goes out. nothing happens when you press the
button. I have to reset (disconnect and connect the console's power supply to the power supply) and return to normal for a moment. This is the case when the console is in standby mode and is not turned off, I hear that the fan is running quietly.

I found similar signs on YT below the link (p.s. in the same game)

They are shown on the world map, but the house does not seem to be in the house breakdown, not sure why.

The stoy itself is completly original, they say it takes place during the first novel but it is a new adventure

i see they still haven't addressed this issue.. still getting random lockups during the game. had it happen during my first game of rush on the new maps.

@Dark I didn't say it was new. Its been going on in JRPGs since forever. Just saw the little breakdown so I posted it.
