Random Achievements?

Hey XBL Community,

I got a question to ask of you, today I started play Borderlands 2 after months off from it, and as I started to play the game was lagging and I thought it was freezing and gave me 4 achievements. Now I don't know how that happened, but can I be banned for
that. I had nothing to do with it, so I shouldn't right?

Random Thought

If they ever make a sequel to Sunset Overdrive they should call it Sunset Overdrive Adrenaline, thus completing the S.O.D.A abbreviation, would tie-in nicely.

 

Random Xbox message?

It was probably just a casual Xbox message. Don't see how it could have been of any dire importance. Maybe just a connection thing or a friend hitting you up. I don't think Microsoft would put a message of such importance that is so easily clearable.

 

You were probably in a modded lobby and yes you can get a reset and a ban for staying in one.

The achievements you got all seem to be the location based ones, maybe its just coincidence and you happened to find the one last location you were missing.

 

So I should be fine, correct? Because I'll stay paranoid over this sort of thing for 2 or 3 days.

I can get banned for accidentally associating with a modded account??? That's harsh

Borderlands 1 had some glitchy achievements for Zombie Isle, Play with anyone who's completed Zombie Isle, all the achievements (for Zombie Isle) pop. This seems like a similar glitch, were you playing with anyone who has these or has been everywhere? The
ones he got are all regarded as "buggy" on TA's achievement guides. I wouldn't worry about it.
