    Hy there! I have a problem with xbox one code key i buy Xbox one 2 days ago ang in the box was 3 games 1 Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one and 2 cards Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 oh cards says its for xbox 360 . i try to tipe code .. fail . after that they
    send me to xbox.com/errorhelp nothing there.. i was trying to send mesage to support with game and code key the site give error.

    Another idear ??

    Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 codes not working

    Just bought an Xbox One Rainbow Six Siege bundle and I got two download codes for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2. The codes are active but I keep getting error messages.

    If I understand correctly, Rainbow Six: Vegas code worked fine for you, but the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code is not working? Could you post back the specific error code you are receiving when you try to redeem that code?

    Please use the Xbox App on you computer to redeem the 360 codes, this should resolve the issue.

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes? Does your account region match your physical location?

    Usually the issue is region related. Since the games are region locked, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available in order to download them.

    indeed.. no region mach !! Gosh .. i dont get it ! Why sell 2card games in a contry if not maching the region !!

    It may depend on the store which you bought the Xbox One. It's possible that the store has ordered consoles from another region which may cause the problem.

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
