    Rainbow Six Vegas 2 missing from library


    Good evening everyone,

    I've bought my xbox (Rainbow Six bundle that comes with Rainbow Six Siege, Vegas and Vegas 2) a few weeks ago. I did enter all the promo codes that came with my bundle and had a hard time to install Vegas 2 (I kept getting error messages) but it was working
    at some point.

    A few days after installing Vegas and Vegas 2 I deleted them from the xbox again as I did not plan to play them anytime soon.

    A friend of mine was telling me that you can play the campaign in Vegas 2 in coop mode and when I tried to reinstall the game it was completely gone from my library on the xbox one (despite being listed under "my games" on the website). I also was unable
    to access this game in the store both on the website as well as via the app on the xbox one directly.

    I just have been talking to the xbox one support which told me that they can see the license for that game on my account and told me to check back here for further help.

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.

    Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & Vegas 2 Keys are the Self ( Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition )

    I Have Preorder the Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition.

    The Edition also includes Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    I downloaded Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and then I realized the Key of Vegas 2 is the
    SAME !

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
