    Rainbow Six Vegas 2 DL-Code not working


    Hello,

    my download code for rainbow six vegas 2 which came with rainbow six siege does not work.

    When i enter the code all i get is: Ops something went wrong.

    Hope you can help me with this issue.

    If I understand correctly, Rainbow Six: Vegas code worked fine for you, but the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code is not working? Could you post back the specific error code you are receiving when you try to redeem that code?

    Hey there, cr4wler! I'm sorry to see that your code isn't working! We do not have this account on record as getting codes from us; was this a physical code from a disc-based game you received? If so, can you please send me a private message with the code
    so that I can look into this further? You can send me a private message by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post.

    There should also be an error code you are receiving at the bottom right of your screen (either PC or computer). It will start with XBOX or SVC, and then have some numbers after. Let us know if you see that. That will help out a lot. Thanks! Rainbow Six Vegas 2 DL-Code not working :)

    Hey, cr4wler! Apologies for the delay! I was on vacation. I received your tokens and the error code you were seeing.

    It appears you're part of an issue that we've been looking into with German users not being able to redeem these codes. I've got you sent up to the right people now. Once I have more information regarding this, I will post back in here for you. Rainbow Six Vegas 2 DL-Code not working :)

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
