    This is my second post and the second time support have sent me here after not hearing anything the first time. I purchased Rainbow Six Siege and got a message from Xbox Live to down load Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & Vegas 2. I downloaded Vegas 1 fine but did not
    download Vegas 2. but I have gone back to get the code for Vegas 2 from the message and the message is no longer there. So that means no message no code. After being in touch with Xbox support they give me a link to here saying you can help, But after my first
    post I have not heard anything about what to or about my code. So is there away of getting the message or the code back or is it lost for good. hope you can help

    Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.

    If I understand correctly, Rainbow Six: Vegas code worked fine for you, but the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code is not working? Could you post back the specific error code you are receiving when you try to redeem that code?

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.
