Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 Redemption with Purchase of Rainbow Six Siege

Hello,

I digitally purchased a copy of Rainbow Six Siege on December 30th. To my understanding, there was an opportunity to receive a download key, or something to that effect, where I would be able to receive Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 for free. A code may have
been sent to me, however, due to being at school and not getting on Xbox for a while, there is a chance I may have missed this code. As the messages/notifications, as far as I'm aware, have an expiration date, I am not able to go back and look at any redemption
code messages that may or may not have been sent to me. I was curious as to know whether or not a new code could be re-issued to me, or if there was some way to access these codes if they are indeed still redeemable. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege and never received a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Message 1: "Your pre-order of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege includes Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas for Xbox 360 (ESRB Rating: MATURE with Violence). Redeem on Xbox 360 or Xbox.com/redeemcode"

Message 2: "Your pre-order of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege includes Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360 (ESRB Rating: MATURE with Violence). Redeem on Xbox 360 or Xbox.com/redeemcode"

Hey pcgamerx1! Unfortunately Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 are no longer included with the purchase of Rainbow Six Siege. If you would like to access those games you will need to purchase them. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.
