    Rainbow Six: Siege XBox One - matchmaking not working, refund option


    Afternoon,

    We have been trying for the last few months to get the game running, actually the matchmaking. Till now, not possible, various long communications with UBISOFT support, not using wifi but 1GB cable, reset everything, even tried forward ports change etc.,
    matchmaking in Singapore not working. Even went to the Internet Service Provider, also got somebody in to check, not working. Ubisoft informed us to get a refund from the Microsoft store as we bought it via the store, it may be long ago with about 5 months,
    but honestly, XBox games requiring changes in various setups, requiring to discuss with Ubisoft support for hours and hours? Would have never bought it, if that was required.

    Anybody can let me know where we can get a refund (just credit for anything else) or if they could get us the normal Windows version of the game.

    Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded when it was free now asking for disk after it didn't need it before.

    Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing

    The rainbow six siege credits were bought last night, I picked the wrong option when refunding I think thats why they didnt, I made another refund request from another refund ticket on it but idk yet.

    Hi Gabriel, there were some matchmaking problems with Rainbow Six Siege that has now been fixed.

    Try restarting your Xbox by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart.
