I recently saw that there is a rainbow six siege add on in which if you pre order tom Clancy the division you would get 1200 of in game currency for rainbow six siege but I doesn't let me get this add on it says that is not available I already spoke with
a representative of Microsoft and she brought me here here is the case number [Mod Removed]

Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, and other related properties all fall under the umbrella of the Tom Clancy prefix. That's how it's always been, and that's how it will continue to be.

Odd, it's mentioned in both the standard pre-order and the gold edition pre-order for The Division.

This promotion was offered for a limited time. Eligible users can download the add-on by following these steps:

• From your Xbox One console, navigate to My Games & Apps and select Rainbow Six Siege.
  
• Press the Menu button and select Manage Game.
• Check for the currency pack in the Ready to Install section.
• If you do not see the currency pack, navigate to the store tab on your Xbox One console and search for “Rainbow Six Siege – Tom Clancy’s The Division Pre-order Currency Pack”.
  

If you are unable to download it from there, please make sure you are signed into the correct account. If you are still unable to download it, unfortunately this means that your account does not meet the criteria for the promotion.

If this was just for a limited time there's nowhere in the description where is says that you had to get this before such date. The description says "this pack is only available to players who pre order the division on the xbox game store" and if you go
to my purchase history you can clearly see that i pre order the division i can even get you the order number and i even talked about that to the representative from microsoft

To clarify, the game released on March 8th, 2016. So you would have needed to pre order the game by March 7th, 2016 to be eligible for this promotion. If you check on
commerce.microsoft.com and click on purchase history. What date do you see for the purchase?

Okay I saw something interesting, in the order history it said that I pre ordered the game march 8 but I got the confirmation email on march 7 if you want I can send you the email or the screenshot.
