Rainbow Six Siege Refund

Hello,

My parents purchased Rainbow Six Siege from Shoppers Drug Mart on Dec 26, 2015 for me. The game is very underwhelming. There is very little content for a $70 purchase price. The fact that there is no campaign or local co-op is very disappointing. When I
have tried to play I have been met with frozen loading screens, 20 min long queue times, multiple game crashes and games broken by bugs (character getting stuck, not being able to move, etc...). For the purchase price of $70 I feel that I have been ripped
off. I would like to return the game, however Shoppers Drug Mart does not accept opened game returns. Therefore, I have been forced to seek out the help of Microsoft in order to receive a refund for this game. Had I known this game was online multiplayer only,
I would never have opened it. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the Titanfall experience of online multiplayer only, but I only paid $5 for it back in Sept 2015. This just feels like I'm being conned by Ubisoft selling an unfinished product lacking many of the
features of the Rainbow Six's brand from previous titles like R6 vegas 2.

No code after buy rainbow six siege

Hello i have buy rainbow six siege. I have no code for rainbow six vegas 1 and rainbow six vegas 2. I waited 3 weeks ! I will like to receive in exchange the season pass for rainbow six siege.

Unfortunately there isn't a lot that can be done The only real way you might get a refund is from the developer, but the chances are really slim. I think most of the xbox game state on the back whether they are multiplayer only or not, so I'd make sure
to check that next time before you open it

If you still want to pursue a refund from MS, then your best bet will be through the phone support team, as they are the only ones able to go into the refund side of things.

Sounds like DENAz666 has answered this, just wanted to add that I don't think you can get a refund from Microsoft if you haven't purchased the game from them. Your purchase contract is via the store you bought it at. If they are not going to refund then
as DENAz666 mentions, you will have to try the developer/publisher.
