Rainbow six siege promotion codes.

I called and chatted with support already they suggested to post here.

I pre ordered rainbow six siege and got my codes for rsv1 and rsv2 i only redeemed the code for 2 did not need the one for 1 but when backward compatibility came out i didnt have rsv2 on my list of 360 games to download.

after chatting with a rep on nov 20th he suggested canceling my preorder and re ordering in a few days which i did and i never received new codes for the second pre order so i called and chatted both today with reps and they cant get me a new code for rsv2.
So what do i need to do to get the code that i should of received with my siege preorder?
