    Rainbow Six Siege pre-order / no download codes for freebies


    Hello,

    I have pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege on November 17, 2015 for the included promotion. Download codes for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2. I have not received the codes yet. It has been well over a month and a half.

    I checked my email (inbox/spam/trash), also my Xbox messages and nothing.

    I contacted Xbox Live support about a week ago and was referred to the game developer - Ubisoft. I sent an email to them and received a prompt response. I was told they are unable to help me because I purchased it through Xbox Live and that it is on xbox
    live. I was also told to request level 2 escalation (dont know what that is).

    After recontacting xbox live support again I was told to delete my profile/restart the console and check the ready to install list. It did not fix the issue. Still unable to download the games.

    Please help,

    Date of Purchase: 30 september, 2015

    Promo Item(s): I do not receive the codes to download Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 for use on XboxOne.

    I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

    I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
    exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

    I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
