Rainbow six siege operators deleted

Hello, I connected GamePass to my Rainbow Six Siege game in 2023 (I activated Ubisoft Connect). I have owned Rainbow Six Siege since 2017 at Ubisoft. I think one of the GamePass benefits is that you unlock year1 and year2 operators in the R6 game for the duration of the subscription. Since about February 28, 2025, I have not been able to access the year1 and year2 operators in the game, they are locked. I contacted Ubisoft support and they said;



"Your GamePass subscription seems to have expired and disconnected on February 28, 2025. Therefore, the operators are locked and we cannot help you." The problem starts here in 2 ways;



1. I already had those operators before I became a GamePass owner and connected them. But I cannot prove it. They absolutely do not accept it.

2. I have been in contact with that party for about 4 days, but they cannot help me in any way. I am hopeful of you, I think you will be much more helpful on behalf of Microsoft. I noticed this yesterday, I was thinking that I should renew my GamePass subscription so that it can be reactivated, there is nothing to do. When I was about to renew, I noticed that my subscription continues until December 26, 2025 and has not ended. There is a big problem here, I have a subscription but it is shown as disconnected and expired, and on top of that, they deleted my current operators because you showed the operators I bought with my own money as if I bought them thanks to GamePass. I am asking for your help, please solve my problem as soon as possible.
