    Not sure if anyone can help.

    Xbox support chat refused to help...sent me to the wrong forum (locked page) and I am fighting with my ipad that has major compatibility issues with these forums. I kept asking the Microsoft support member on chat to help - they kept refusing. Kept saying
    to post on forums. I keep getting kicked/logged out - don't have a PC at the moment. The Ipad keeps zooming in on text - I needed support from an actual person but they wont help.

    this experience has been like Sony support - awful!!!

    I bought the game on the 24th which is 11 days ago. The advert that induced me to buy Rainbow Six Siege digitally was that they said codes for the two prior games would be delivered via message to me in 7-10 days.

    Any advice?

    Missing Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 DLC codes from Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition.

    I purchased the digital copy of Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition on December 26th, 2015. The codes for Rainbow Six Vegas should have been sent within 7-10 days, however I have not yet received them, even after waiting 16 days.

    Rainbow Six Siege was delivered as a 25 digit code via Xbox Live message for users who took part in that offer, and did not automatically add to the 'Ready to install' list. We were able to determine that the account you are posting from has not received
    or redeemed a Rainbow Six Siege code for that offer.

    If you recently took part in the free to play weekend for Rainbow Six Siege during February, that would leave the tile in your 'Ready to install' list but you would need to purchase the game in order to continue playing.

    Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded when it was free now asking for disk after it didn't need it before.

    Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing
