Rainbow Six Siege my in game voice chat won’t work

I understand you need help with your headset audio.

Is this a wired headset? Have you tried using another controller to connect the headset just to check if this is not something to do with the controller?

You may also try doing a reset on your console.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of duty MW. My party chat works but never my game chat. It shows that they are speaking but I cannot hear them.

Hey Ricardo, it’s just one game (rainbow six siege) that won’t let me play, all my other games I can play, online as well which means my gold still works and my buddy who bought the one game(rainbow six) he can still play it on his console. But since I bought the game pass it the Xbox thinks I don’t have rainbow six and I’ve been playing it for 2-3 years, now after game pass running out it won’t let me play
