Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition missing a promo code

Hi Microsoft, I received my codes and adds -on for the gold edition but i didnt receive the code for the gold skin (the only thing im missing). It's not a troubleshooting.

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

Rainbox six siege gold edition codes not recived.

Promotion Details: Buy Rainbox Six Siege Gold Edition, get rainbow six vegas 1 and 2. Plus safari bundle

Date of Purchase: December 1st 2015

Promo Item(s): rainbow six siege gold. Suppose to get rainbox six vegas 1 and 2. Safari bundle didn't recieve any.



Please answer I want to play Vegas 2

Are you referring to the Leopard skin that's outlined
over here? To clarify, a code isn't sent out for the skin, it should be showing for you under Manage Game for the title.

 

No, i said the gold skin and we need a promo code for this one.I have the tiger leopard and elephant skins. I had 3 chats with different Microsoft employee and they told me to post a thread here to speak to the promo team to receive a code. So here I am

 

Ah apologies for the confusion!

To clarify, the VIP pass is what gives you access to the Gold skins. If you have the Season pass you should have access to the VIP pass. If you're not seeing the weapons unlocked in-game you'll need to reach out EA Support. There isn't an individual code
provided for Gold skins.

it's ubisoft actually..... but nevermind.. your collegues told me to post a thread here and you were supposed to help me with the code.. i pre-ordered the game on my xbox one.. my friends had a different code for the gold skin and i didnt receive one. it
sais bundle only but i have the Gold Edition of this game, so the problem is the Xbox market and promo codes (i received 2 codes for past rainbow six games thought) but i have nothing for the gold skin. The gold skin comes with the safari bundle and i have
this bundle but i need a different code for the gold skin... anyway.. a lot disappointed. worst support i had by Microsoft sorry to tell you that....

Sincere apologies for the frustration, however we do not have any codes to provide for this item, apologies for any confusion. Try checking 'Manage game' on the Rainbow Six: Siege game tile and check to see if there are any items in your 'Ready to install'
list from the manage game screen.

If you do not see that there, please feel free to reach out to our friends at
Ubisoft Support, as we do not have codes to provide for that specific skin.
