    Hello,

    i have buy full game on Xbox Store and have 2 free codes for Las Vegas 1, 2 I can not activate!

    Not over Web Browser (IE,Chrome,Firefox else). (Reedem Code) Over the Xbox Live Message its twice can not acitivate!

    I have chat with xbox support and told them this problem they say to me i have told here in the forum they can not help me...

    (They have check this codes and they are okay)

    I have buy a game for a big price and there was write the codes are included. I want to play it?

    But they it is not going to activate it where are many people that are very angry about this.

    And no one help here. I think then I can not acitvate this i want my money back.

    Hi there, AsPiRe2011; what error message are you receiving? Providing this will make it easier for somebody to assist you with this issue. Also, does your account region match your actual, physical region? If these do not match, you will have trouble downloading
    some things.

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

    I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
    exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

    I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    I digitally preordered Rainbow Six Siege and today I received codes to redeem Vegas 1 and Vegas 2 for 360. I redeemed the first code fine but the code for Vegas 2 was the same key as Vegas 1 again.

    I contacted support who directed me here to be able to get a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 360.
