Buyed on 12-12-2015. First Download Code for Rainbow Six Las Vegas worked without Problems. But the Second Code for Rainbow Six Las Vegas 2 is not working. Chatted with Microsoft Support and they give me the order to open here a thread.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your codes. Can you please clarify the error you get when you attempt to redeem them? Please be sure the region of your account is tied to the correct region, cross-region accounts aren't supported and cause issues
like this.

All this things i tested with the Microsoft Support here in Germany. The Ticket ID in Germany was the: 1319600388.

So but i tested it again and again nothing helps i get this error message in german: Ein Problem ist aufgetreten

commerce.microsoft.com. If you're still having trouble redeeming the code you'll need to reach out to
Phone/Chat support for assistance, I'm afraid we aren't able to offer replacement codes.

All my stats are okay... i checked Billing an Personal information. and i hope you are kidding me. started with this problem over chat. then it passed to e-mail support. and from the support i have the e-mail to do it here in this section. so now you want
me again that i go back to chat support. No way... or you resolve this issue or this was the longest time i was by xbox .......

This is an account related issue that is best handled by contacting our phone support team, not publicly on our forums. When you call, I would request a billing specialist and inquire about whether or not your billing account is split with two different
regions. Once this issue is resolved those codes should work.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege and never received a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2.

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.
